“Give To Gain”

Jan - April 2026

Since our last newsletter, it’s been a season of growth, impact, and meaningful momentum. In this latest edition, we highlight the stories, milestones, and meaningful progress that have shaped the months since. Dive in and stay connected to all that’s been unfolding.

📆 January In-Person Event 📆

The three-day gathering was filled with shared ideas and laughter. The Fellows took part in a thoughtful career development session that focused on building careers with intention. The session ended with Fellows reflecting on the kind of life and career they want to build over the next year and what it means to make choices that feel grounded, realistic, and meaningful to them.

Beyond the sessions, the gathering also created space for joy and community through fun group activities, connection, and a memorable gala night that allowed Fellows to celebrate one another, unwind, and strengthen friendships across the network.

🎉 International Women’s Day 2026 🎉

March is always one of the most meaningful times of the year for us at WC4E. We recognize and celebrate the women at the centre of our community while spotlighting the work our Fellows and Alumnae continue to lead across their communities and beyond. This year’s International Women’s Day celebrations beautifully reflected the theme, Give to Gain, through acts of leadership, collaboration, and service.

Across this season, our Fellows poured into others in countless ways. They shared knowledge, supported emerging leaders, created opportunities for connection, and led initiatives that responded to real community needs.

Next quarter at WC4E is set to be full of energy and momentum as we open applications for Cohort 4 nominations and prepare for our 3rd Women in Education Conference. It’s a season of welcoming new Changemakers into the community while also bringing together Fellows, alumnae, and partners to connect, share stories, and celebrate the impact being created across our network.
