Two years ago, Kezia joined Cohort 3 of the Fellowship. Looking back, she says the journey has been “sooo worth it.” The Fellowship allowed her to learn, grow and meet inspiring women doing meaningful work in education across Ghana. It also helped her sharpen how she thinks about impact, leadership, better learning environments and creating more opportunities for children and young people to thrive.
The Women Changemakers Fellowship Program added strategy to Buoyant Future Foundation's passion, strengthening it into a structured, scalable organization reaching thousands of young people across Ghana and beyond through mentorship, education, digital literacy, mental health, and entrepreneurship.
