This year, Women Change Makers for Education (WC4E) reached a beautiful milestone, our 5th anniversary. What began as a vision to empower women in education has grown into a vibrant community of fellows, partners, and friends who continue to dream, create, and lead together.

Over the past five years, WC4E has been shaped not just by programs and initiatives, but by the stories of the women who have poured their energy, creativity, and courage into building change. Fellows launching initiatives and projects in local communities to collaborating across borders have shown that when women are equipped and supported, they can spark transformation that reaches far beyond themselves.

This celebration is as much about the journey as it is about the milestone. It belongs to every fellow who dared to take a step forward, every partner who stood with us, and every supporter who believed in the power of women leading change in education.

As we look ahead, our hearts are full of gratitude and hope. We know the next five years will bring new challenges, new opportunities, and new stories of impact. And we will continue to walk this path together with courage, with purpose, and with community at the heart of it all.
