From a Dream to GROWWELL360
Two years ago, Clemencia received a congratulatory email that changed her life. She had been selected for the Women Changemakers for Education Fellowship, not knowing just how much the experience would shape her confidence, audacity and sense of self.
Looking back, Clemencia reflects on how the Fellowship helped her learn to know herself, prioritize her wellbeing and find the courage to go after what she wanted, regardless of the odds. But beyond the lessons and skills, it was the women around her who made the experience special. As she puts it,
“Iron sharpens iron and I was sharpened.”
In January 2025, during our first in-person convening, Clemencia stood among her fellow Cohort 3 women and shared her dream for the year aloud for the first time: starting her own social enterprise. Today, she is the founder of GROWWELL360 GHANA LTD, where they are building a model Research, Learning and Development Farm/Hub. Reflecting on this milestone, she shares:
“This fellowship opened the door and the women gave me the courage and all I did was to walk through.”
As we celebrate Clemencia’s journey, we are reminded of the power of a community that encourages us to dream bigger, take up space and turn our ideas into reality. Her gratitude to the Fellowship’s leadership, mentors and fellow Fellows reflects the sisterhood that has made our Cohort 3 journey so special.
Clemencia, we are cheering you on and can’t wait to see all that you and GROWWELL360 GHANA LTD continue to build.
