WC4E Current Fellows



Dear Friends of WC4E, please meet the women of Cohort 3, selected from a competitive pool of Changemakers who will continue making differences in their communities and the world! 


  • Patience Antwi– The ‘Youthfusion Hub’ trains young people, especially girls, in website development, foreign languages and robotics.


  • Kezia Saani– Leader of ‘For the Future’ that provides holistic support for education, health, well-being, and future prospects for Ghanaian children.


  • Clemencia Laadi - Is an Educational Leader at ‘The Loozellee Excellence Academy’, which empowers the children of head porters with inclusive and robust education to bridge the gap between rural learners and their counterparts in more advanced areas. 


  • Hiqmat Saani– The ‘Paahibu Space’ project promotes girls’ participation in STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. 


  • Ama Oware–Founder of ‘Empower 1’ (formerly Class Connect) which facilitates meaningful connections between mentors and high school girls, empowering more women to become change agents, positively shaping the lives of girls. 


  • Rejoice Adzivor – Through the ‘Learn to Read Foundation’, Rejoice organizes an annual essay writing competition to encourage literacy and critical thinking and promote girls’ participation. 


  • Suhuyini Karmil– The ‘Girls' Education and Self Empowerment Program (GESEP)’ supports adolescent girls through mentorship, leadership training, and financial literacy, empowering them to return to school. Her longer-term goals are to influence national and international policies that promote inclusive development and gender equity.


  • Portia Dumba– ‘Porducare Enterprise’, is a social enterprise which improves the livelihoods of women shea butter producers.


  • Agnes Etuah– As the founder of the ‘Buoyant Girls Club’, she provides mentorship and educational support to young girls in her community. 


  • Nina Spio-Quansah  -  Founded 'Well Skills Development Hub' to promote women's economic empowerment, reduce poverty, and contribute to the achievement of SDG’s through programs in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and software skill development.
