Empowering Young Minds, Creating Lasting Change

The Buoyant Youth Foundation was born out of my deep passion for empowering young minds and driving positive change within my community. Growing up, I witnessed the challenges many young people faced—limited access to education, scarce opportunities, and a lack of support systems. I knew I had to take action. My journey as a Mastercard Foundation Scholar and my academic background in Health Services Administration and Psychology reinforced my commitment to creating a platform that provides holistic support to young people.

The Transformative Impact of WC4E

Becoming a fellow in the Women Changemakers for Education (WC4E) Fellowship Program had a significant impact on both me and the Buoyant Youth Foundation. The program connected me with like-minded women leaders, fostering an environment of shared learning and collaboration. Through WC4E, I gained valuable skills, knowledge, and networks that have strengthened my ability to scale my impact, refine strategies, and build meaningful partnerships. This fellowship has been instrumental in expanding our reach and creating sustainable change.

My hope is to expand the Buoyant Youth Foundation's reach and impact, creating a ripple effect of positive change that transcends borders and generations. I aspire to:

• Continue to innovate and adapt our approaches, ensuring we remain responsive to the evolving needs of young people.
