Rejoice Adzivor
Rejoice Adzivor is a dedicated advocate for quality education, particularly for girls in deprived communities. Driven by her passion for community service and a strong family legacy in education, she founded the Learn to Read Foundation. With a focus on empowering young minds, Rejoice has successfully impacted over 7,500 children through 15 projects in 7 communities. Her vision extends to providing access to libraries, technology, mentorship, and literacy development for even more schools.
Rejoice holds a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Ghana and a Degree in Communications with a major in Public Relations from the University of Media, Arts, and Communications. Before launching the Learn to Read Foundation, she gained valuable experience volunteering with organizations such as the Proswrites Foundation, The Reading Hub, Some schools in her community, and Bowney Initiative.
As an aspiring Educational Public Relations Officer, Rejoice aims to equip deprived children with the necessary skills, training, and mentorship to become valuable contributors to their communities and beyond. With the support of Women Changemakers for Education, she seeks to reach 15,000 children and provide essential resources like learning and reading materials to 500 individuals, as well as establish libraries in 5 selected communities.
